Founder & CEO
Rocsii Woolley is a remarkable and multifaceted individual, juggling multiple roles as a mother, wife, and serial entrepreneur. As the visionary Founder and CEO of The Source LA, she is deeply committed to empowering the community by providing opportunities in employment, housing, resources, and beyond. Rocsii's leadership extends far beyond her organization; she currently serves as the President of The Black Professionals Network and actively participates on several boards dedicated to advancing our community. With over a decade of experience as a Senior Recruiter in Human Resources, Rocsii brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work.
Chris Woolley
President
Chris spearheads one of the largest resource platforms in Los Angeles County, catering to the needs of over 135,000+ community members. Through this initiative, he focuses on crucial areas such as housing, employment, and essential resources. By connecting individuals with the necessary tools and opportunities, Chris aims to empower them to overcome adversity and forge a brighter future.
In addition to his resource platform, Chris dedicates his time and expertise as The CEO of The Source LA Reentry, a non-profit organization that serves the Reentry population. In this role, he works tirelessly to assist individuals transitioning back into society, helping them navigate the challenges they face and providing the support they need to reintegrate successfully.
Cai Ford
Marketing Manager
Cai Ford is an innovative marketing guru known for her ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences, transforming ideas into genuine brand affinity and smiles. With over 5 years of diverse experience in marketing and sales, Cai has honed her skills with renowned companies such as Greystar, Disney, and the NFL, solidifying her reputation as a strategic thinker and results-driven professional.
Armed with a B.S. in Business Marketing from San Diego State University, Cai brings a wealth of expertise to her current role as the Marketing Manager for The Source LA. In this capacity, she oversees a portfolio of over 200 clients spanning across Los Angeles and San Bernardino County, implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth for each client.
Cai's passion for innovation, coupled with her commitment to delivering exceptional results, has earned her recognition as a dynamic leader in the marketing industry. She thrives on the challenge of finding creative solutions to complex marketing objectives, consistently exceeding expectations and leaving a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues alike.
